Prenatal Massage
This massage is specifically tailored to the expectant mother's needs. Massage can address the various challenges during pregnancy and help the mother-to-be relax. Prenatal massage can be performed in the 2nd and 3rd trimesters and is performed side lying. Support pillows will be used to provide comfort.
