 Policies - We require a 24 hour notice of appointment cancellations. This allows us to rebook your appointment time. Appointments canceled with less than a 24 hour notice will result in a cancellation fee.
- All services performed by Rejuvenating Touch are done so by trained, licensed professionals. All services performed are within our scope of practice.
- We accept cash, check, Visa and Mastercard as payment for services rendered. Payment is due upon completion of your service.
- Sales tax will be collected for each service. This is a State Of Ohio requirement. You can avoid paying sales tax on therapeutic massage services by presenting a prescription from a physician indicating massage therapy is needed for medical purposes.
- We offer therapeutic and relaxing services in a quiet and serene environment. Children are permitted in the salon when they have a scheduled appointment. However, we cannot accommodate children during your appointment.
- We do offer massage to individuals under the age of 18. Any client 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at each session. Clients under the age of 12, must have a parent or guardian present in the therapy room during their massage session.
Online "Deal" Certificates The following guidelines apply to "deals" purchased through Living Social, Groupon or similar online marketing company websites. - The promotional value of each deal sold expires on the expiration date listed on the certificate. Under no circumstances will we redeem the certificate for the full promotional value after the expiration date printed on the certificate.
- After your deal certificate expires we will apply the amount you paid for the certificate to any regular priced massage or body treatment service. You cannot apply the balance to the new client special, a discounted sale or combine with any other coupon or discount. Limit one certificate per person, per service.
- Deal certificates are sold with specific rules in place. If the certificate says 'limit one per person', you can only redeem one! You can always gift or sell your other certificates to friends or family. Or we will be happy to apply the amount you paid for the certificate to any regular priced massage or body treatment service.
- If a deal is sold that states "New Clients ONLY" and you've already been in for a service, you cannot redeem the certificate! You can gift or sell the certificate to someone else. Or we will be happy to apply the amount you paid for the certificate to any regular priced massage or body treatment service. You cannot apply this amount to the new client special, a discounted sale or combine with any other coupon or discount.
